iTrak-Q HD enables businesses to track assets of interest including vehicles, packages and persons. Know where your vehicles are at any moment, know their speed, route and history.

Track your mobile assets on a map with alerts for geo boundaries, speed exceeded and stationary alerts. Track your trucks, cars or field workers. ITrak-Q not only enables you to know where they are, the user at the other end can send embedded messages and you can track their speed at each beacon point. You can track as many ITrak-Q enabled devices (called “Associates”) as you have in your asset base.

To do this, ITrak-Q consists of two elements:

1) A background iTrak-Q beacon function on your iPhone;
2) A website for tracking your iTrak-Q transmitted coordinates.

iTrak-Q HD requires an iPad generation 1 or 2 and iOS 4.2+ or newer with background capability.

Tracking is made possible by ITrak-Q’s beacon function which can transmit a message and coordinates to the iTrak-Q website on a continuous basis once enabled. The beacon can be set in one-minute increments from 1 to 60 minutes. Once configured, you can turn the beacon function on or off by pressing the “Start iTrak-Q” button at the top middle of the view.

Before using ITrak-Q you should go the ITrak-Q Website and set up a tracking account. You can do this by going to www.itrakq.com and either making contact through the 1-800 number or through the related email address [email protected]. Once you have an account, go to the the configure section of ITrak-Q and enter and save your Serial# and Tracking Account name from the www.itrakq.com website. Now you are ready to start tracking.

The Website is where you would go to track your iPhone or the asset associated with the phone from it’s list of built in tracking and mapping functions.

Please note: Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life. To reduce battery consumption you can plug your iTrak-Q equipped iPhone into a vehicle charger while in tracking mode.
